Winter Storm to Bring 1-3 Inches of Snow Today; Up to 5 Inches North

MILWAUKEE, WI — A week after Southeastern Wisconsin escaped the brunt of a wet and sloppy winter storm, the National Weather Service predicts the region won't be so lucky this time around as a winter storm moves through the area this evening.
