I am owner/operator of a carpet cleaning business with one carpet cleaning machine. I judge a business by quality of work, value of the dollar and customer service. In this case I would add turn around time also. If I'm not working, I'm not making any money. Tony has always had it fixed in less than 2 business days at a very fair price. I refer him all the time. I would give him 5 STARS and will definitely be back when I have issues again. He is all business and no BS!!!
