2012 Hudson Raider Soccer Parents' Night

Parents of the Hudson Raider Varsity Soccer players were recognized during Tuesday's (10/2) home BRC game against River Falls.  This also marked the last home game of the 2012 regular season.

During halftime, the parents of the Varsity players were honored.  Each player escorted his parents or guardians, onto the field, following an introduction by Chuck Bublitz, our stadium announcer. The parents also were presented with a picture button as a token of appreciation. The picture buttons were provided and funded by the Hudson Sidekicks Booster Club.

The purpose of the annual ceremony is to recognize parents for their tireless efforts and for the sacrifices they make in support of the Raider Soccer program and their student athletes.

Parents also were rewarded with a Hudson victory Tuesday night as the Raider went on to defeat River Falls 4-2.

The Raider Varsity Soccer team closed out the 2012 regular season with a 4-2 win Thursday (10/5) night against Eau Claire North. The Raiders ended the 2012 regular season with a 10-2-0 conference record, 16-5-2 overall. Congratulations boys on a very successful and exciting season!!

The Raiders, #2 seed, will host #15 seed Superior on Tuesday, October 9th at 5:00pm at the Hudson Middle School Soccer Field, in the WIAA Regional Semifinal game.  GO RAIDERS!
