Pangea Opens in New Location Downtown

Pangea jewelry and gift shop recently moved to a new location at 421 Second Street in downtown Hudson. The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the move. Previously they were located across the street from the new store. Pangea specializes in jewelry and gifts from around the world including freshwater pearls from China, Baltic Sea amber and crystal from Poland, and Murano glass jewelry from Italy to name a few. All of the jewelry is bought directly from the makers or is a fair trade item. Present for the ribbon cutting were front row from left Chamber Ambassador Barb Zimmerman, Chamber President Kim Heinemann, from Pangea Patti Lorence and owner Krystal Lorence, Chamber Ambassadors Dawn Marquart, Pete Keskey, and Mary Ellner. Back row from left Chamber Ambassador Tom Bordenave, from Pangea Brian Lorence, and Chamber Ambassadors Paul Simmons and Brian Hinz. Pangea will be hosting a Grand Re-Opening at their new location at 421 Second Street on May 14-15, 2011. For more information call (715) 781-4217 or visit www.pangeajewelryandgifts.com.
