Barker’s Bar & Grill Says “Cheers to 25 Years” with 1988 Entrée and Craft Beer Prices

Barker’s Bar & Grill is celebrating its 25th anniversary with “Cheers to 25 Years” from November 15-17. Throughout that weekend, customers will be offered selected entrees at their original 1988 prices and select craft beers at two and three dollars a pint.

Discounted craft beers include a lineup of local Rush River Brewing Co. favorites and also customized selections specifically for Barker’s including Unforgiven Amber Ale, Minion IPA, Lyndale Brown-Green Tea & Pomegranate Infused and Lost Arrow Porter-Ancho & Chipotle Infused.

Customers also have a chance to win prizes including three sets of front row Minnesota Wild Tickets, Barker’s custom-distilled micro blend “Angels’ Envy” bourbon whiskey and dozens of additional items.

With a major renovation completed just last month, Pete Foster, the owner of Barker’s, says the restaurant is continuously thinking of its customer and making improvements for the next 25 years and beyond. “This important milestone would not be possible without our customers,” says Foster. “We are using this weekend as an opportunity to show our appreciation for their loyalty over the many years.”

A fresh menu is set to roll out after the anniversary weekend on November 18th, introducing new culinary creations such as Smoked Green Chile Queso, Beef Tenderloin Tips and El Diablo Chicken.

Barker’s is located in the heart of Hudson, Wisconsin’s historic downtown district. The tavern is famous for its wide variety of imported and microbrew craft selections, attracting customers from the Twin Cities region and western Wisconsin.
