Please join business and community leaders from around the region for a continental breakfast with the Joint Committee on Finance on Thursday, April 18, 2013.
The breakfast will be at The Orchard Restaurant, 571 U.S. Highway 63, Baldwin, with a 7:45 a.m. check-in and networking, and 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. breakfast and program. A continental breakfast will be served compliments of The Orchard Restaurant.

A Day-long Budget Hearing: The Joint Finance Committee will conduct a public hearing on the proposed state budget at the Baldwin-Woodville High School Auditorium from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
About the Joint Committee on Finance: The Joint Committee on Finance is a statutory, 16-member standing committee of the Wisconsin Legislature. The Committee’s primary responsibility is to serve as the principal committee charged with the review of all state appropriations and revenues. Current committee members include State Senator Sheila Harsdorf (10th Senate District) and State Representative Dean Knudson (30th Assembly District). Senator Alberta Darling and Representative John Nygren co-chair the Joint Finance Committee.
