Introducing the Homes For Heroes Program to the St. Croix Valley

The Homes for Heroes program is a community program that provides discounts for workforce heroes when they buy or sell a home. The program was established shortly after 9/11 and was designed with the intent to give back to those that make our way of life possible. The goal is to allow these people to have the ability to purchaes a home when they could not on their own, or allow them to purchase more home than they could on their own. 

These Heroes include Military Personnel, Police Officers, Fire & Rescue, Teachers, and Health Care Workers. These everyday heroes provide extraordinary serivces to the public everyday.

Savings vary due to the final selling price of the home, but your savings will be in the form of discounts off the fees. There are multiple discounts that will be recieved from your Realtor, Mortgage Broker, Closer, and Inspector. We also partner with other companies to help you recieve discounts on other services after the closing! Real discounts for "Real Heroes."
