Kids Lunch Ideas

Kids’ nutrition doesn’t have to be frustrating. But it does have to be fun. You may have heard the phrase,”You eat with your eyes first.” This is true for adults and kids. But instead of a sprig of parsley or a drizzle of aioli sauce, kids look for bright food that can be consumed with their hands or dipped into something yummy.

Here you will find recipes that are kid tasted and approved by my very own Peanut and Llama. These recipes are also part of my Menu system. The menus outline a meal schedule (breakfast, 2 snacks, and lunch) perfect for busy days at home or school lunches. Most recipes included in the menus can be made ahead and frozen. This makes packing a lunch MUCH easier and offers more variety. Not to mention, a huge cost saving compared to buying pre-packaged lunch snacks.
