The inner cities of Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Harlem, and South Central Los Angeles have some of the worst performing schools in the United States. Does it seem strange that every city council, every school board and every school district in those cities are 100% controlled by liberals? Graduation rates are low and those that do manage to graduate are functionally illiterate.
Where is the moral outrage for abandoning these poor children to ineffective, corrupt systems that have renounced and ridiculed the moral, social and psychological principles of decent people?
