The third quarter opened with 2 goals by St. Cloud North who played much more aggressively in the second half. However, the Raiders defense shut them down again, and Stephen Tripicchio and Potter each added a goal in the third quarter to lead 10 to 2.
In the fourth quarter, Motte scored his third goal. Nick Smith scored off of a pinpoint pass from Potter, who then scored the final goal, also his third. The final score was 13 to 2, but the Raiders were not done. The boys came trotting across the field holding carnations, which they gave to their mothers.
