Master barber Dann Setzer, who was poised to work out of a shop in Lakeland, was back at Charlie's cutting hair on Tuesday. Master barber Mary Nord and another barber are set to begin work at the shop in the coming days. Two of the shop's former barbers will remain retired, according to Rode.

"It's weird how it all came together," Rode said. "I already took down all the TVs. I had no intention of reopening. This has never happened to me before. I've never closed a business and two days later had people knocking on the door to work at it."
