NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Common Council of the , Wisconsin will hold a publich earing on Monday, August 6, 2012, 6:55 p.m. to invite public comment on a request by to amend the City of Hudson Zoning Map to change the zoning district classification from R-1, One-Family Residential District to B-2, General Business District for an area of approximately 20 acres located south of Stageline Road and east of and adjacent to the Hudson Hospital and Clinics campus at 405 Stageline Road. This property is currently being reviewed by the City of Hudson for annexation and if annexed will bring the property into the city as R-1, One-Family Residential District. The legal description of the property is:
Part of the NE1/4, NW1/4 and the NW1/4, NW1/4, Section 32, T29N, R19W,Town of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
