NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 23, 2012, 6:50 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street to invite public comment on proposed amendments to the City of Hudson Municipal Code, Chapter 255 –Zoning to allow indoor gun ranges in the B-2, General Business District, the I-1, Light Industrial District and I-2, General Industrial District through the approval of a certificate of compliance. Amendments are proposed to Chapter 255 – Zoning, Section 255-24 and 255 Attachment 1 – Table of Permitted Uses and the creation of Section 255-75.1, Indoor Gun Ranges.
