Friday evening beginning at 6:30, we'll host a Chili Cook-Off, open to all contestants! Enter as a contestant for a chance to win excellent prizes, including a Grilling Package, Gift Certificates and more - OR - simply come by and sample the best chili that Hudson has to offer! Saturday from 10-7 we'll have local vendors on hand sampling their products, the Pierce Pits/Croix Valley Steak Sauce Competition BBQ Team will be on hand with the smokers fired up for great BBQ, we'll be sampling exotic meats and artisan cheeses and much, much more!
