HUDSON AREA JOINT LIBRARY FINANCE COMMITTEE AGENDA (5:30 p.m., July 9, 2012)

1. Call to Order, Roll Call, Certification of Quorum, Certification of Compliance with Open Meeting Laws and Public Records Laws, Introduction of Visitors and Guests

2. Approve Agenda

3. Disposition of the prior committee meeting Minutes

4. Set date for next meeting [Finance Committee generally meets the Wednesday just prior to the next scheduled Board meeting]

5. Review current financial reports

6. Review invoices and/or expenses
     A. Take action on regularly recurring expenses that are within the Board-approved 2012 Budget.
     B. Determine which invoices are not recurring or are not within the 2012 Budget and make recommendation to the Board for Board action

7. Unfinished business - review, discuss and make recommendation to Board for Board actions on the following
     A. Status of Granite RE, Inc. claim
     B. 2013 Budget – worst case, same funding, full funding per Pathway

8. New business - review, discuss and make recommendation to Board for Board actions on the following:
     A. Update Charter

9. Consider new Agenda items for next Finance Committee meeting

10. Adjourn

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the members of the Hudson Area Joint Library Board of Trustees may be present at the foregoing meeting.  This may constitute a meeting of the Library Board of Trustees pursuant to State ex. Rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 174 Wis.2d 553, 494 N.W.2d 408 (1993), although the Board of Trustees will not take any formal action at this meeting.
