4. Set date for next P&P Committee meeting (usually the 4^th Monday of each month)

5. Disposition of the prior P&P Committee Meeting Minutes (5/21/12) and of any intervening special meetings

6. Policy considerations
    A. Review guidelines for children at work & unsupervised children in library
    B. Discussion of compensation levels
    C. Code of Conduct-review updated document

7. Review Charter

8. Update on Library Goals for 2012

9. Update on Programming/Communications Specialist

10. Consider Agenda items for future meetings

    A. Review draft and recommendation of Library Emergency Procedures
    B. Discussion and drafting of an interim succession plan

2.  Notice is hereby given that a majority of the members of the Hudson Area Joint Library Board of Trustees may be present at the foregoing meeting.  This may constitute a meeting of  the Library Board of Trustees pursuant to State ex. Rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 174 Wis.2d 553, 494 N.W.2d 408 (1993), although the Board of Trustees will not take any formal action at this meeting
