The 23rd annual Hudson Hot Air Affair is a three-day hot-air balloon festival that takes place Feb. 3-5 at and other venues in Hudson.

• 7:30 a.m.: Balloon Launch at  grounds
• 8 a.m.-8p.m.: Marketplace and Craft Fair at cafeteria
• 10 a.m.:  at downtown businesses
• 10 a.m.: Geocaching for Family Fun at  cafeteria
• 10 a.m.: Up, Up & Away 5K Fun Run at  grounds
• 10 a.m.-4 p.m.: Museum Tours at
• Noon-3 p.m.: Minnesota Kite Society Demos at  grounds
• 1 p.m.: Smoosh Board Competition at  grounds
• 1 p.m.: Ice Carving at  grounds.
• 1-3 p.m: Year of the Dragon Crafts for Kids at cafeteria
• 3 p.m.: Balloon Launch at  grounds (optional flight)
• 6 p.m.: Chinese New Year Celebration at  grounds
