Hudson Lions Annual event featuring the best of ribs in the St Croix Valley. Competitors bring their own ribs, sauces, and rubs and compete for Best Ribs and the "Peoples' Choice".
The St. Joseph Fire Department will be on hand with a truck and rescue unit so $1 of the ticket will be donated to them. They will perform a car extrication during this event. Come see their stuff!
Live music and raffles will also entertain.
