From Jean's bio:
She lives in the beautiful St. Croix River Valley in Northwestern Wisconsin. Her interest in the environment was nurtured in her childhood. She spent hours on the waterways, swimming in spring fed pools that feed the river. Though there are many threats to the environment, Jean believes that early learning of "Green Wise" habits can create nurturing, Earth-aware adults.
Jean realized the the most effective way to help our Earth is to teach children as young as toddlers practical steps to change their environment. Jean Clausen’s voice comes through loud and clear in her new children’s book, Green Wise Kids, which is filled with stories and information that will empower children to make a difference.
