Pole Dance for Beginners Workshop

Pole Dancing for fitness has been featured on Oprah, Tyra, Ellen-even Martha Stewart!  This 'beginners only' workshop is 1 1/2 hours long, $25 and sessions start at noon, 2 & 4pm.  Come try a spin or 2, learn how to use this new piece of equipment for a firmer, trimmer, sassier you!  Full details at www.lady-katherine.net
