Western Wisconsin Democrats are organizing a protest of Gov. Scott Walker's budget plan including removal of state workers' collective bargaining rights (except for police and fire unions) at the Carmichael Road bridge over Interstate 94. Participants are asked to wear red and make signs. Parking may be available at park-and-ride lot at corner of Carmichael Road and Coulee Road.
