Each April, Wisconsin residents who enjoy the outdoors are asked by the Department of Natural Resources to participate in the utterly unique "Conservation Congress" statewide hearings. No other state in the nation has such a comprehensive program in which residents can give direct feedback to proposed changes in how we manage our natural resources.
This coming Monday at 7PM, the St. Croix County Conservation Congress meeting will be held in the St Croix Central High School commons, in Hammond.
