Join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice with the Sound-Journey Experience, an evening of sonic adventure designed to stimulate an enhanced sense of spiritual connectedness and well-being, healing, and meditative journeying.
Johnna Morrow and Steve Sklar will provide the live soundtrack via singing bowls, didgeridoos, guitar, igil (Tuvan horsehead fiddle), voice, flutes, drumming, throat-singing, jaw harps, and a powerful set of huge gongs.
We invite you to bring your drums and voices for some audience participation fun!
Steve and Johnna will also have CDs available for sale.
Chairs will be available for those who want them; you may also bring your own blankets, cushions, etc. to recline on, and Healing Waters will also provide mats and enormous foam pillows. It'a very nice, intimate venue. You will be free and welcome to either relax comfortably, dance, do yoga or qigong, or get up and move in whatever way the spirit moves you.
Please DO NOT wear scents (perfume, colognes, essential oils, etc.) to this event.
Admission is $15 in advance either online or at Healing Waters or $20 at the door.
