In this class you will explore the breadth of the classic categories of tea, blacks, the oolongs, and the greens along with several mysterious and ususual tea categories like white and dark tea. You will be able to taste samples from each category, experiencing the dramatic differences and complex characters of each. We will discuss the techniques and the tricks of the steeping process and dabble in the history, cultivation and production of the Tea Industry.
