GET FIT CHALLENGE FOR HUDSON YOUTH (K-5)

Hudson youth K-5 and their parents are encouraged to sign up for some winter fun. Who doesn't love outdoor play, gym games, trying new foods, snowshoeing, and the ever-popular Kids in the Kitchen family cooking night?

 

“Get Fit Challenge” is a program designed for elementary aged students to learn about healthy living and participate in activities that will improve their current health.

Classes will consist of a warm-up, a workout followed by healthy living conversation, a healthy snack, and physical activity games. The last class is for Kids in the Kitchen family cooking.

Tuition: $20/per student
