I've been being harassed ever since I moved to this apartment complex in Hudson since the first week I moved in for one contrived reason or another. either from the residents or a very vicious neighbor over having a dog or outdoor smoking (I'm a rules follower) or from the uncontrolled noise from the apartment above. I am stressed from the harassment and sleep deprived from being woken up at 3 to 4 a.m. every day and having to endure the constant noise all day long, so a nap is not an option. What do I do about it when management won't help, who do I go to. Moving to another facility is not an option.
