Accomplishment: Deven, a high school senior, was recently selected as a 2011 Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Excellence Scholar. Deven also will receive a $1,000 scholarship to further her education, and will be honored at a recognition luncheon on Sunday, April 10, in Chippewa Falls.
Key to Awesomeness: Perseverence and involvement. Deven is a member of multiple academic and athletic activities, including DECA, National Honor Society, cross country, gymnastics, softball and Math League. Deven also volunteers her time as a tutor and with . How's that for well-rounded?
