NHL defenseman Davis Drewiske, a Hudson native, has been traded by the Los Angeles Kings to the Montreal Canadiens for a fifth-round draft pick, according to an Associated Press article published last week on the CBS Los Angeles website.
According to the article,Β Drewiske this season had tallied "one goal and three assists in 20 games and was plus-3 for Los Angeles," and averaged 14:27 of ice time per game. He appeared in a game for the Kings on March 12.
In the past week Drewiske already has appeared in four games with the Canadiens. He is minus-four with no goals and no assists, and he is averaging 18:45 of ice time per game.
