Katelyn M. Baier, a senior at Hudson High School, is one of 10 Wisconsin students who are semifinalists for the prestigious Presidential Scholars award.

Katelyn M. Baier, a senior at Hudson High School, is one of 10 Wisconsin students who are semifinalists for the prestigious Presidential Scholars award, according to a press release issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

From the release:

"Students who are chosen as semifinalists for the Presidential Scholars program must demonstrate their academic and artistic achievement as well as leadership in theirschools and communities," said State Superintendent Tony Evers. "Through dedication to theirstudies and with the support of their parents and teachers, these students have excelled academically and prepared themselves for next steps after high school graduation: college and career."
