Innate Healing...

What does Innate Healing mean? 
To me and my understanding, it means that the body was meant to be healthy and it constantly strives to be at its best! Think about how a cut heals, or that your body rises to a higher temp to burn out bacteria.  That's amazing and it is an inborn mechanism to keep us alive and expressing health.  When we have symptoms we need to get to the root of the cause versus just covering them up.  That's where true healthcare needs to look.  Lets look at the cause of stress in the body.  There are many aspects that influence stress: physical, emotional, chemical and through learning how to influence these causal agents we can keep our bodies functioning higher and expressing health!
