Keep the Connection

So if I could give people one tip it would be this: Understand the importance of your spine in protecting your brain and nerve system health.  

We know to brush our teeth and maintain good oral health and that's just for chewing food.  (well maybe I simplified that a bit) but when we get down to the nitty gritty our spine and skull are the protective shelter for the most beautiful, amazing communication system on the planet : our nerve system.  Everything in our bodies are orchestrated via our nerves.  SO think about that! We need this connection strong and intact! This is where posture, exercise, and yep, chiropractic care does a body good! Keep it simple.  This is what it is all about...ensuring proper flow of your nerve system by supporting the structure that protects it! Bingo.
