Even though the plans must still be approved at the July 23 City of Hudson Common Council meeting, Robson said he has been in the process of negotiating with tenants for quite some time.
"We do have some tenants lined up, but we haven't executed the leases," Robson said. "We expect to have those signed within a week or two. We've negotiated the leases, we just haven't executed them. It's a complicated process with these national tenants. They want to have their floor plans all drawn, and they want to have their sign packages included so they know everything they want to do is already approved."
