New Year! Get into the Groove...

January of a new year is always a great time to reflect on what creates a better year.  Its a new start.  Being involved with people's health and healthcare choices, I get to see how small changes make all the difference.
  Whether it is adding in time to exercise, yoga, or becoming more aware of the food you choose, small changes start to create better energy in your body and in your awareness of yourself.  This is huge over time and it is what creates a difference in the long haul.  You don't eat one banana and assume your eating healthy can stop.  You don't brush your teeth only once and consider it done for life.  Healthy living is a process. It's a process of tuning into your body and listening to what it needs.  I am compelled to not only teach people about the importance of their spine and nervous system connection but also about becoming their best doctors by listening to their body and intuition. Here's to a great 2014!
