Remember when candidate Obama the first time around said if elected he would get rid of government waste, fraud and abuse? He would look at everything, line by line, cut out the junk and lower the burgeoning deficit? Turns out his words were empty rhetoric and were only get-me-elected-at-any-cost-promises-unfulfilled.
