PHOTOS: Hudson Chamber Puts on Spirit of the St. Croix Art Festival

Lakefront Park was transformed Saturday for the Spirit of the St. Croix Art Festival put on by the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau. The event includes dozens of area artists, musicians and performers, and runs through Sunday.
