PHOTOS: Rotary Crowns Annual Halloween Costume Contest Winners

Hudson Rotary Clubs gave away more than $500 in cash prizes at its 59th annual Hudson Halloween Day Parade held at Newton Field Wednesday afternoon. Hundreds of children participated along with local Rotarians, and Hudson Fire and St. Croix EMS personnel.
