Teen Amish Horse And Buggy Occupants Identified In Crash
A car plowed into an Amish horse and buggy, seriously injuring three Wisconsin teens. Officials identified them Wednesday.

The three teens injured when a car collided with an Amish horse and buggy in rural Wisconsin have been identified after one had to be transported by helicopter to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
19-year-old Alvin Borntreger of Wilson was transported to Regions Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Fannie Mast, an 18-year-old woman from Wilson suffered life-threatening injuries. A 17-year-old who suffered non-life-threatening injuries has not been named due to her status as a juvenile.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, a gray 2014 Honda was driving north bound on Hwy 128 in St. Croix County in western Wisconsin when and struck the horse drawn buggy from behind at about 1:00 a.m. Monday.

All three people from the buggy were located, however one person was ejected from the coach and was found unconscious. A Life Link helicopter was requested to transport Mast who had been ejected.
Life Link was on the ground at 01:19 a.m. Mast was flown by Life Link Helicopter to Regions Hospital.

Two other buggy occupants were transported by Baldwin Ambulance to Regions Hospital.
The driver of the Honda Pilot showed no signs of impairment.

A voluntary blood draw was completed at the Baldwin Hospital. The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol and the St. Croix Sheriffs Department.
