Its that time of year that can be very consuming. Consumed in what we have to get ready for the season, or consumed in family drama, and many other things that pull us off base.
The good news is we can always center ourselves in gratitude and love for what we do have. There are so many things that we take for granted, our health, those people who care for us, people who bring us smiles and joy, and the wealth we do have. (and many more)
For the last 3 years, a group of chiropractors and myself have traveled to Haiti to serve as best we can in a climate that immediately makes you thankful for what you do have. I think when the holiday rush approaches, is upon us, and is over, we need to recenter ourselves and think about all the blessings we do have and count those coming into the new year!
