TRAFFIC ALERT: Westbound I-94 Traffic Backed Up at Roberts

ORIGINAL POST (9:09 a.m., April 27, 2012): At 7:08 a.m., Wisconsin State Patrol reported that both westbound lanes on I-94 were slowed near Roberts. At 8:20 a.m., Wisconsin State Patrol reported delays for up to three miles.
