The Hudson Patch carried an article by National Patch Contributor Catherine Crawford recently entitled, "5 Predictions for the 2014 Real Estate Market." When I am done explaining the housing bubble in this video I would suggest that the editor of this local Patch share this video with their new overlords at Hale Group as an area in need of work.  I promise not to mention I had to break the sale news for you.  Don't fret, River Towns hasn't mentioned it yet either.  It must be a club or something.  Shhh, no one mention the sale in the news...

If you want to know what is really happening in the housing market I cover it in todays video.  I should note, not one single person went to jail for the collapse in 2008.  Instead, the Federal Reserve has gone on a drunken rampage tossing dollars out the windows of a helicopter as if there are no consequences ever since.  The information in this video should evoke one very important question;

Why is every other elected official completely silent on the topic?  

I might suggest they have no clue.  Let's be fair, many of the elected people in Wisconsin state government created a bank with tax payer money and have no clue they did so.  All of this is a defense for limited government.
