VIDEO: Hudson Professional Building Offers Office Space a Skip From Downtown
The building used to serve as the St. Croix County Courthouse, and later as the Hudson Area Library.
The 30,000 square feet Hudson Professional Building at 901 Fourth St. was bought by Steve Rorem in the summer of 2010.Â
He converted the county courthouse to office space. Suites rent for between $250 and $4,800 a month.
