Located along downtown Hudson's historic 2nd Street, the St. Croix Cigar Company brands itself as a "work free smoke place." It is one of only two cigar shops in the area, but it's the only one where you can smoke in the shop due to the recently passed smoking ban. There's almost always one person enjoying a cigar in the store, which also sells pipes and pipe tobacco. An impressive selection is offered and a walk-in humidor stores the most popular brands. The shop also provides plenty of seating and a TV in an adjacent room, encouraging customers to come in, sit down and relax while they have a cigar.
