ELCA Outreach Center Tees Up First Annual Golf Outing to Benefit Kenosha Neighbors in Need (kenosha.com) — Kenosha golfers are invited to support local neighbors in need at the ELCA Outreach Center’s first annual golf outing on Monday, June 29, at Kenosha Country Club. 3. 160 Workers To Lose Jobs After Dining Company Loses Carthage College Contract (patch.com) — Carthage College’s Kenosha campus dining provider, Parkhurst Dining, is shutting down this summer, with 160 food-service workers permanently losing their jobs between late May and early July. Positions affected range from cooks and cashiers to baristas and managers, after the company’s contract with the college was terminated.

Motorcyclist Killed in Kenosha Crash; 66-Year-Old Man Booked on Suspicion of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of Vehicle (kenoshacountyeye.com) — A woman was killed Sunday in a serious crash near 60th Street and 20th Avenue in Kenosha, where investigators say a vehicle allegedly pulled out in front of a motorcycle. A 66-year-old Kenosha man was booked on suspicion of intoxicated driving-related homicide and injury, though no formal charges had been filed as of Sunday night. Authorities continue to investigate and stress that the suspect is presumed innocent.
