  2. The Madison-based logistics company SwanLeap, Inc. that was once dubbed the fastest-growing company in America has been acquired. SwanLeap, a transportation management software company, has been acquired by Transportation Insight Holding Company. (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel)

A federal judge ruled against Helbachs Café, LLC on the federal law claims contained in its lawsuit against the city of Madison, Dane County and others in regards to the restaurant's "Mask Free Zone" sign that was posted in July 2020 while a public health emergency order was in place requiring masks indoors.
