Here are the top stories today in Madison:

1. Five people were arrested after a stolen vehicle was driving recklessly on the Beltline on Friday afternoon. The suspects side-swept another vehicle and eventually flipped the vehicle on its roof. Madison Police Department responded to the scene on US 12 between Midvale and Whitney Way. Witnesses reported that six occupants fled from the stolen vehicle into the Odana Hills Golf Course and surrounding neighborhoods. (WMTV - NBC15)
2. Deforest Windsor Fire & EMS addressed a texting scam that is claiming to sell limited edition Fire and EMS t-shirts in a post on Facebook Saturday afternoon. Deforest Windsor Fire & EMS have emphasized that they are not selling t-shirts. The scam was first noticed by departments in Northern Wisconsin but had not affected Dane County until now, said Captain Jacobsen. (WMTV - NBC15)
