- Police are searching for an unidentified suspect who stole money from an auto body shop near downtown Madison this week. The owner of Transmission Latino, which is located on the 1800 block of Park Street, arrived at the shop Wednesday morning to find his front door and security cameras damaged and money missing. Authorities had not identified any suspects as of Friday morning. (WKOW)
- Madison Streets Division will begin seasonal yard waste collection for some neighborhoods beginning the week of Apr. 3. Officials are also asking residents to keep yard materials at least four feet from obstructions to improve collection efficiency. Residents may also choose to drop off yard waste at any Streets Division drop-off site. (WMTV – NBC15)
- A lucky leprechaun stopped by St. Mary's Hospital to spread St. Patrick's Day cheer this week. Volunteer Joe Herr, also known as Sean Patrick, was unable to visit with patients due to the pandemic but did provide pep to hospital volunteers and staff. Herr also visited local schools, businesses, and nursing homes on Thursday. (WKOW)

The collective art project driving awareness of childhood lead poisoning will close in The Shop but will move upstairs to the Main Galleries, where Mel Chin's full exhibition, "There's Something Happening Here," is on view.
