Just before 6:00 am today, Dane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home on the 2100 block of Fallen Oak Trail in the town of Pleasant Springs for a burglary.

While the residents were sleeping inside, thieves entered their home through the garage. Items inside the home were rummaged through and the suspects got away with a wallet and a 2016 Kia Optima. A short time later, the victim’s credit card was used at a nearby Wal-Mart.
