  1. A teenager has been cited for an OWI after a crash on the city's east side injured five people Sunday night. Madison police say the 14-year-old driver allegedly ran a stop sign and t-boned an SUV while drunk, injuring the driver and several passengers. Both drivers and three passengers were transported to local hospitals, but none of the injuries sustained are believed to be life-threatening. (WKOW)
  2. Police are investigating after a woman reported that the Ukrainian flag hanging outside of her home had been taken. The woman discovered burnt debris Monday morning near the spot where the flag had been hanging outside her house on Winnebago Street. Officers are investigating the incident as possible arson, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Madison Police Department at (608) 255-2345. (WMTV – NBC15)
  3. The City of Madison announced Tuesday that absentee ballots had been sent out to voters who requested them. Voters can fill out their ballot and mail it to the City Clerk's Office, but the ballot must be received before Election Day to be counted. Voters can also return their ballot to their polling place on Election Day by 8:00 p.m. (Channel3000.com - WISC-TV3)
