- The unemployment trend in Wisconsin currently sits lower than in the U.S. as a whole. Roughly 66 percent of eligible Wisconsin workers are employed, four points higher than the national average. Local employment figures for Madison and other cities will be published next week. (WMTV – NBC15)
- The University of Wisconsin-Madison is extending its program that provides tuition support for teachers who choose to teach in Madison. The program, Teacher's Pledge, covers several fees, including tuition, fees, testing, and licensing costs for teachers.
