Here are the top stories today in Madison:

  1. Students at Madison East High School staged a walkout to show support for a young woman allegedly raped by a student and demand the school change its policy around sexual assault. (Channel3000)
  2. Republicans are pushing a series of anti-abortion bills through the Wisconsin Legislature. Gov. Tony Evers has assured that he would veto these bills. (The Cap Times)
  3. Have you ever biked along the 400 Trail? The trail opened in 1993 and runs 22 miles from Reedsburg to Elroy. (Tone)
  4. This Madison-based startup, which began in March 2020, shifted its connections and technologies to help patients schedule COVID-19 vaccinations with their health care providers. The startup, Carebot, has helped schedule roughly 70,000 appointments. (The Cap Times)
